Hurry to perform the good deeds before the trials overtake you
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
"Hasten to perform good deeds before seven things: are you waiting for poverty which makes you forget? Or wealth which burdens you? Or a debilitating disease or senility? Or an unexpected death or the False Messiah? Or is it evil in the unseen you are waiting for, or the Hour? The Hour will be bitter and terrible."
[Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Book of Asceticism, Number 2306, Hasan]
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
"Hasten to perform good deeds before a tribulation which will be like the dark part of the night, in which a man will be a believer in the morning and an unbeliever in the evening, or he will be a believer in the evening and an unbeliever in the morning; and he would sell his faith for some goods in the world."
[Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Number 213]
Supplicate to Allah with abundant dua'a, adhkar, in our everyday life to be away from trials.
As mentioned above, the prophet (s.a.w) said "Dua'a is worship", so one must use this super-weapon to the best of his abilities. Along with this the prophet (s.a.w) also said:
Allah's Messenger (s.a.w) said: "Only supplication (Dua'a) averts (prevents) the decree , only kindness prolongs life, and a man is deprived of provision for a fault he commits."
[Tirmidhi and others]
Thus now that we know , dua'a can also help avert trials from us, why not start practicing it? See Dua'as to prevent and cure evil eye, Jinn Attacks and Harm
May Allah Azawajal Save Us From His Dreadful Trial and Purnishment. Ameen
